Worship and Fellowship

Sunday School
Sunday School is for children in the primary years of schooling (aged 4 and up).

It is held every fortnight during the school term. Children leave for Sunday School after the Kids Address and the session is usually finished by 10.30am. We have dedicated and passionate people who help support and run the Sunday School.

Women’s Fellowship
Women’s Fellowship meet on the 1st Wednesday of each month (no meeting in January).

The fellowship starts with morning tea at 9am and the meeting starts at 9.30am. Each month there is a time for devotion, Bible study, business, and fellowship. The fellowship has existed for over 60 years and continues to be enjoyed by all who attend. Over the years the fellowship has supported many local, national, and international causes.

Men’s Fellowship
Men’s Fellowship takes place (usually) on the 3rd Saturday of the month in the Church Hall. We gather at 5pm, enjoy fellowship and food, and then have a guest speaker or activity. It is always an enjoyable night and is open to men of any age.

Home Groups
A Home Group meets at the Church every fortnight on a Wednesday starting at 7pm. We come together for fellowship, Bible study, and supper. It is a small, caring group that enjoys gathering together as we learn and grow in the Word.

Good Samaritan
The Good Samaritan store is located at 20 Bowen Street, Toowoomba, QLD, 4350, Australia.

It is a small second-hand bargain shop where we receive goods donated by the public to sell for minimal prices for people in need. If we receive more clothes and goods than we can manage they are packed up for outback missions. As all of the staff are volunteers all monies after expenses are given to charities.

Northridge Haven
Northridge Haven Retirement Village is a small non-for-profit, Christian community. It has 26 Independent Living Units, allowing residents to enjoy an independent lifestyle for as long as possible, both within the Village and in the greater community. Your unit is your own private space within the village. Enjoy as much contact with other residents as your wish. You’re also welcome to have family and friends stay with you for short stays or holidays.

Northridge Haven is managed by a committee from the Good Shepherd and Redeemer Lutheran congregations.
